We’ve start with secondary research so we could get familiar with the topic and start empathize.
Quantitative Research
Surveys are important because they provide valuable quantitative data that can inform design decisions. By collecting data from a large number of users, surveys can help identify patterns, preferences, and pain points. This information can be used to make data-driven decisions about design elements, features, and overall user experience.

Qualitative Research
User interviews are essential because they provide qualitative insights into users' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Unlike surveys, which focus on collecting numerical data, interviews allows to go deeper into users' experiences and understand their motivations, frustrations, and needs.

User Persona
The user persona is used to represent a typical user and guide design decisions.
User Journey Map
